My daughter Alice has come to love this so much I have decided to name it after her. Over the years I have got more and more into my cookingso for this one:

1. Whole caulifower (and I mean the whole thing)
2. 1 litre of my own chicken stock (others will do!)
3. Onion
4. 6 cloves of garlic
5. Coriander
6. Olive oil (tbsp)
7. 2 tbsp medium curry powder
8. Whole green chilli (seeds and all)
9. 3 tsp cumin
10. 1 tsp turmeric
11. I carrot
12. Parsley
13.  Seasoning (sea salt and black pepper)


1. Heat the oil, spices, garlic, chilli on very high for 2 mins.
2. Break the cauliflower up and add the florets for 5 minutes until coated in mix and starting to burn
3. Add the carrot, onion and coriander for 3 more minutes
4. Pour in the stock, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
5. Put a handful of parsley in the blender and pour in the cooked soup
6. Blitz until smooth
7. Get stuck in
